参芪地黄汤治疗早期气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的效果

Effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的探究参芪地黄汤治疗早期气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的效果。方法将我院收治的40例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组使用缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用参芪地黄汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组BUN、Scr、UAER,FPG、2hPG、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平及中医症候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤能够有效治疗早期气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods A total of 40 cases with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,while the observation group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,BUN,Scr,UAER,FPG,2 h PG,levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,CRP and TCM symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang decoction can effectively treat early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of Qi and Yin.
