半夏泻心汤联合西医三联抗Hp疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine triple anti-Hp therapy on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的分析半夏泻心汤联合西医三联抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)疗法治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年12月至2018年12月收治的100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按非随机非劣效性将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用西医三联抗Hp疗法,观察组采用西医三联抗Hp疗法联合半夏泻心汤。对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组Hp根除率为96.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中医症候评分显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者胃痛、恶心呕吐、嗳气反酸及纳差消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的66.00%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清G-17水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤联合西医三联抗Hp疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,提高Hp根除率,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine triple anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp)therapy on chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods One hundred patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the non-random and non-inferior efficacy,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine triple anti-Hp therapy,while the observation group was treated with western medicine triple anti-Hp therapy combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups significantly reduced,and that of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of stomachache,nausea and vomiting,acid regurgitation and anorexia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 66.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum G-17 level in both groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine triple anti-Hp therapy is effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the eradication rate of Hp.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
