苏黄止咳胶囊联合养阴清肺口服液治疗感冒后咳嗽50例的临床效果

Clinical effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid in the treatment of 50 cases of post infectious cough

目的探讨苏黄止咳胶囊联合养阴清肺口服液治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床效果和安全性,旨在为临床用药提供参考。方法将医院收治的100例感冒后咳嗽患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),治疗组采用苏黄止咳胶囊联合养阴清肺口服液治疗,对照组采用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的咳嗽症状积分、临床疗效与咽痒、气急、咯痰的复常率、止咳起效时间、临床治愈时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组咳嗽症状评分低于对照组,愈显率和治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,咽痒、气急复常率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均止咳起效时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合养阴清肺口服液治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床效果显著,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid in the treatment of post infectious cough,so as to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods A total of 100 patients with post infectious cough were divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid,while the control group was treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule.The scores of cough symptoms,clinical efficacy,normalization rates of throat itching,dyspnea and expectoration,onset time of cough relief,clinical cure time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of cough symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the good improvement rate and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the normalization rates of throat itching and dyspnea were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average onset time of cough relief in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with Yangyin Qingfei oral liquid has remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of post infectious cough,which is safe and reliable.
