全面心理护理干预在电子胃镜下胃息肉电切术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in patients undergoing gastric polyp electrotomy under electronic gastroscope

目的探讨全面心理护理干预在电子胃镜下胃息肉电切术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的120例胃息肉患者作为研究对象,患者均由胃镜检查确诊并行电子胃镜下息肉电切术,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规护理方法,观察组患者采用全面心理护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、干预前、后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及住院时间。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的71.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间为(3.28±1.82)d,显著短于对照组患者的(5.18±1.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对电子胃镜下胃息肉电切术患者进行全面心理护理干预,能够提升其护理满意度,改善其不良情绪,具有显著的护理价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in patients undergoing gastric polyp electrotomy under electronic gastroscope.Methods A total of 120 patients with gastric polyps admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by gastroscopy and underwent gastric polyp electrotomy under electronic gastroscopy.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and after intervention and hospitalization time in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 71.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was(3.28±1.82)days,which was significantly shorter than(5.18±1.24)days of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention applied in patients undergoing gastric polyp electrotomy under electronic gastroscope can enhance patients'nursing satisfaction and improve their unhealthy emotions,which has significant nursing value.
