综合护理在骨折术后肢体肿胀患者中的应用价值

Application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with limb swelling after fracture operation

目的探讨综合护理在骨折术后肢体肿胀患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月我院收治的200例骨折术后肢体肿胀患者为研究对象,按照抽签的方法将其分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予综合护理。比较两组患者的VAS评分、患肢肿胀程度及并发症发生率。结果术后第1天,两组患者VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);术后第2、7天,观察组患者的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者患肢Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ度肿胀占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在骨折术后肢体肿胀患者中的应用价值较高,可缓解患者疼痛,改善肢体肿胀程度,降低并发症发生率,值得应用及推广。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with limb swelling after fracture operation.Methods A total of 200 patients with limb swelling after fracture surgery enrolled in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of drawing lots,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The VAS score,the degree of swelling of affected limbs and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results At the first day after operation,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);on the second and seventh day after operation,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of affected limbs degreeⅠ,ⅡandⅢswell in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with limb swelling after fracture surgery is high.Comprehensive nursing can alleviate the pain of patients,improve the degree of limb swelling and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application and promotion.
