心理护理在二尖瓣置换术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological nursing in patients after mitral valve replacement

目的探讨心理护理在二尖瓣置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法将86例二尖瓣置换术的患者随机分为对照组(43例,常规护理)与观察组(43例,常规护理+心理护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果、护理前、后的依从性、认知情况、HAMA、HAMD及SF-36评分。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率为90.70%,高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的依从性及认知评分均显著高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的HAMA及HAMD评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者生理功能、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、总体健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛及活力评分均高于护理前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在二尖瓣置换术后患者中的应用效果显著,可以提高患者的依从性、认知情况及生活质量,缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in patients after mitral valve replacement.Methods A total of 86 patients with mitral valve replacement were randomly divided into control group(43 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(43 cases,routine nursing+psychological nursing).The nursing efficacy,compliance,cognitive status,scores of HAMA,MAMD and SF-36 before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 90.70%,which was higher than 72.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and cognitive status in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,mental health,emotional function,social function,general health,physiological function,body pain and vitality of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing has a remarkable effect on patients with mitral valve replacement.It can improve patients'compliance,cognitive status and quality of life,alleviate patients'anxiety and depression,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
