优质护理干预在妊高症产妇产后出血中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage of parturients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的分析优质护理干预在妊高症产妇产后出血中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年9月在我院分娩的68例妊高症产后出血产妇为研究对象,参照随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组34例。参照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予优质护理干预。观察分析两组产妇的干预效果。结果研究组产妇产后12、24h出血量均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组产妇的舒张压及收缩压均降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组产妇的SF-36评分均升高,且研究组高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血中的应用效果良好,可改善产妇产后出血情况,有效控制血压,减少并发症的发生,提升生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage of parturients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Sixty-eight cases of parturients with postpartum hemorrhage of pregnancy induced hypertension delivered in our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.The parturients were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given high quality nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The amount of bleeding at 12 and 24 hours after delivery in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressures of both groups decreased,and those of the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically sqnificant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scores of both groups increased,and that of the study group was higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing applied in postpartum hemorrhage of pregnancy induced hypertension can get good effect,which can improve postpartum hemorrhage,effectively control blood pressure,reduce complications and improve the quality of life,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
