摘要
首先介绍了炼铁过程抓渣工艺对起重机的技术需求,并概述了安全生产中两类危险源的概念。接着介绍了改造后的无人抓渣起重机控制系统的组成,并从安全技术规范和标准的角度分析了对该系统的技术要求。从物的因素、人的因素和管理因素三个角度进行了分析,拟定出了包含技术资料、地面管理子系统、车载控制子系统、数据传输子系统和运行试验等5个方面的29项无人抓渣起重机控制系统检验项目,并对其中重要项目的检验要求和检验方法进行了论述。
Firstly, this paper introduces the technical requirements of the slag grabbling process for cranes in the iron-making procedures, and gives an overview of the concepts of two types of hazard sources in safe production. Then, the composition of the reformed control system of the unmanned slag-grabbing crane is introduced, and the technical requirements for the system are analyzed from the perspective of safety technical specifications and standards. Starting from these three angles of material factors, human factors and management factors, this paper draws up 29 inspection items for the control system of the unmanned slag grabbling crane, including 5 aspects of technical data, ground management subsystem, vehicle-mounted control subsystem, data transmission subsystem and operation test, and discusses the inspection requirements and inspection methods for the important items.
