摘要
基于通用的主梁拱度成形方法板材下料编程复杂、修正拱度时高温对板材组织产生影响、容易在梁内部产生残余应力、预制U型槽单梁拱度较为困难等缺陷,提出了一种通过控制各工序焊接顺序、焊接参数,制作专用工艺装备来实现U形槽单梁在制作过程中自然成形的制作工艺方法。通过实验数据和理论计算验证了方法的可行性。研究所得成果为U槽单梁起重机的设计提供参考。
Based on the defects of the common camber forming method of main girder, such as complex blanking programming of plates, high temperature effect on plate tissue when camber is corrected, easy generation of residual stress in the beam box, difficulty in prefabricating camber of U-groove single beam, etc., a manufacturing process method for realizing natural forming of U-groove single beam in the manufacturing process by controlling welding sequence and welding parameters of each process and manufacturing special process equipment is proposed. The feasibility of the method is verified by experimental data and theoretical calculation. The research results provide a reference for the design of U-groove singlebeam crane.
