摘要 为降低发动机燃油消耗率,提高传动系统效率,计算了最佳动力性换挡路径,建立了工程车辆传动系统动态模型,进行了动态换挡策略的仿真。仿真发现,最优的动态换挡策略能够提高车辆的加速度和动态性能,大大提高车辆的换挡质量,提高工程车辆的燃油经济性,使整机的整体节能效果更好。试验结果表明,换挡前后变速箱的速度变化较为平缓,说明在工程车辆运行过程中,采用新的动态换挡策略能够减少变速箱换挡时间,变速箱的动态响应得到了有效提高。表明改进的BP神经网络控制方法可以有效地控制车辆自动换挡。研究结果对于提高工程车辆的动力性、经济性和智能性具有重要的理论和实际意义。 In order to reduce the fuel consumption rate of the engine and improve the efficiency of the transmission system,the optimal power shift path is calculated.The dynamic model of engineering vehicle trans mission system is established and the dynamic shift strategy is simulated.The simulation shows that the optimal dynamic shift strategy can improve the acceleration and dynamic performance of the vehicle and greatly improve the shift quality of the vehicle.Improve the fuel economy of engineering vehicles,so that the overall energy sav ing effect of the whole machine is better.The test results show that the speed change of gearbox before and after the shift is relatively gentle,indicating that the new dynamic shift strategy can reduce the gearbox shift time,and the dynamic response of the gearbox is effectively improved during the operation of the engineering vehicle.It shows that the improved BP neural network control method can effectively control vehicle automatic shift.The re search results have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the dynamics,economy and in telligence of engineering vehicles.
