一种基于OptiStruct-Abaqus的航空齿轮腹板轻量化设计方法 被引量:9

摘要 基于结构优化软件OptiStruct和商用有限元分析软件Abaqus,结合拓扑优化、尺寸优化和有限元接触分析等相关理论,针对航空齿轮轻量化设计问题,创新性地提出了一种齿轮腹板结构轻量化设计方法。以某型航空发动机附件传动齿轮为研究对象,基于OptiStruct软件对腹板结构进行拓扑优化与尺寸优化减重设计,利用Abaqus软件对齿轮进行接触性能计算,给出腹板结构轻量化设计的流程和关键技术。结果表明,在保证强度和传动误差要求条件下,齿轮整体质量减轻了39.6%,减重效果明显,实现了齿轮轻量化设计目的。 Based on the structure optimization software OptiStruct and commercial finite element analysis software Abaqus,combined with the theory of topology optimization,dimension optimization and finite element contact analysis,an innovative lightweight design method of gear web structure is proposed to solve the problem of overweight of aeronautical gear.Taking the transmission gear of an aeroengine accessory as the research ob ject,the web structure is designed by topology optimization and dimension optimization based on OptiStruct soft ware.The contact performance of the gear is calculated by Abaqus software.The flow chart and key technology of lightweight design of the web structure are given.The actual optimal design results show that under the condi tion of guaranteeing strength and transmission error,the overall weight of the gear is reduced by 39.6%,and the effect of weight reduction is obvious,thus realizing the goal of gear lightweight design.
