摘要
高炉炉顶齿轮箱是高炉布料的关键设备,高炉炉顶齿轮箱的平稳运行关系到高炉炼铁的质量和效率。上回转支承作为高炉炉顶齿轮箱的重要承载部件,且连接固定端和移动端,若机架或回转支承发生轻微的倾斜就会导致旋转体的旋转中心轴线与几何中心轴线发生偏差,从而造成回转支承的偏载。以承受偏载回转支承为研究对象,进行载荷的计算和等效;然后建立数学模型并运用解析法对研究对象内部滚动体载荷分布及变形量进行计算;为承受偏载的回转支承研究提供理论支持。
The blast furnace top gearbox is the key equipment of the stock distribution of blast furnace.The quality of the blast furnace top gearbox is directly related to the quality and efficiency of the blast furnace iron making.The upper slewing bearing is an important bearing component of the blast furnace top gearbox,which connects the fixed end and the moving end.If the frame or the slewing bearing is slighted inclination,the central axis line of the rotating body will be deviated from the geometric central axis line,which causing the un balance loading of the slewing ring.The eccentric slewing bearing is taken as the research object,the load calcu lation and equivalent are carried out.Then,the mathematical model is established and the analytic method is used to calculate the load distribution and deformation of the rolling elements inside the slewing bearing.The theoretical support for slewing bearings to withstand eccentric load research is provided.
