摘要
根据弹丸长行程、大负载自动装填的需求,设计了一种结构紧凑、强制输弹的链式输弹机。基于虚拟样机技术,建立了链式输弹机的虚拟样机模型,依据驱动电机的输出特性添加驱动,对输弹机的工作过程进行了动力学仿真,分析了链传动输弹的稳定性。由仿真分析可知,弹丸在推弹行程中姿态稳定,推弹末程弹丸能克服大载荷、以一定速度准确入膛,输弹机各项指标均满足自动装填系统的需求,验证了设计的合理性。
According to the requirement of projectile long-travel and heavy-load automatic loading,a chain rammer with compact structure and forced ramming is designed.Based on virtual prototype technology,the virtual prototype model of the chain rammer is built.Adding driving according to the driving motor output characteristic,the dynamics simulation of the work process of rammer is carried out and the stability of chain drive ramming is analyzed.The results of simulation show that the projectile is stable in the forced ramming trav el,the projectile at the end of the ramming can overcome the heavy load and accurately pushed into the chamber at a certain speed,the values can meet the requirements of automatic loading,and it is proved that the design is rationality.
