目前,随着城市化进程的不断加快,建筑行业的发展可谓是突飞猛进。预制建筑产品的形式和构件是精致的,主要是由于预制建筑的先进施工技术,在我国具有广阔的市场应用空间。与预制的建筑施工技术和传统的建筑形式相比,这两种方法和操作方式有许多不同之处。施工过程中的预制施工技术改善了传统的施工,消耗了原材料的能量,有效地提高了施工质量,控制了工程造价。
