摘要
结合磁通切换永磁电机与机械调磁电机的优点,研究了一类基于磁通切换原理的漏磁式机械调磁永磁电机。借助机械调磁装置来协调控制磁通切换电机内部磁场分布,利用ANSYS软件对电机的主要结构参数进行优化,并分析了调磁装置在不同位置时电机的调磁性能。结果表明,磁通切换型机械调磁永磁电机结构设计合理,机械调磁装置中的调磁块与单元转子错开角度可以实现电机弱磁扩速,证明该新型机械调磁装置具有较好的调磁性能。
A new type of magnetic flux linkage permanent magnet electrical machine with mechanical device based on the principle of flux-switching was studied.Internal magnetic field distribution of flux-switching machine was controlled by mechanical flux-adjusting device.The main structure parameters of the machine were optimized by using ANSYS software and the flux-adjusting performance of the machine was studied when the mechanical flux-adjusting device was located in different positions.The results show that the structure of flux-switching permanent magnet electrical machine with flux-adjusting device is reasonable and the flux-weakening expansion speed can be realized by the staggered angle between the short circuit bar and unit rotor.It is proved that the new flux-adjusting device has good flux-weakening performance.
