摘要
分析了一种基于PLC控制的老化房恒温系统,研究上位机与下位机间的信号传输,利用S7-200SMART进行模拟量温度的采集,结合传感器和显示单元将16路温度传感器输入的信号进行分析和处理。该控制系统适用于电子产品的高温老化试验的新型装置,是提高产品稳定性、可靠性的重要实验设备。
This paper analyses a constant temperature system of aging room based on PLC control,to research the signal transmission between the upper computer and the lower computer,and the S7-200 SMART is used to collect analog temperature,and the input signals of 16 temperature sensors are analyzed and processed by sensors and display units.The control system is a new type of equipment,which is suitable for the high temperature aging test of electronic products.
