摘要 本文结合光伏电站和储能对三阶段联合负荷恢复优化算法进行了研究。首先分析了负荷恢复中的约束条件,根据在线机组出力、光伏出力以及机组启动功率提出了负荷恢复的上限和下限约束。然后综合考虑负荷恢复的主要目标及系统规模、网架结构、可用发电量、储能和光伏电站等因素,提出适用于黑启动、网架重构和负荷恢复三阶段联合负荷恢复算法。39节点系统验证结果表明所提算法能综合考虑三阶段负荷恢复的作用与目标,提高系统整体恢复效率,实现最优的负荷恢复计划。 Considering photovoltaic station and energy storage, the paper discusses three-stage combined load re- covery optimization algorithm. Firstly, the constraint conditions of load recovery are analyzed, and the upper and lower limits of load recovery are proposed according to the output of on-line generator and photovoltaic, and also the start-up power demand. Then, the paper proposes a three-stage combined load recovery algorithm applicable to sys- tem start-up, network frame reconstruction and subsequent recovery according to system scale, grid structure, usa- ble power generation, operation regulation capacity, energy storage and photovoltaic station. The verification results of the New England 39 node system show that the proposed algorithm has higher load recovery efficiency.
