摘要 染料在超临界CO2中的溶解程度直接影响着其对织物的上染过程,因此,测定染料在超临界CO2中的溶解度就显得尤为重要。文章采用动态法在不同温度和压力范围内,测定了分散橙30和分散深蓝HGL两种染料在超临界CO2流体中流动状态的溶解性,分析了温度、压力对染料在超临界流体染色中溶解度的影响。实验结果表明,染料溶解度随着温度升高而增大,当温度升高到一定程度时,染料溶解度开始降低;溶解度随着压力的增加而增大,且低压区染料溶解度增大趋势十分明显,而高压区增大趋势逐渐变得平缓。 The dye solubility in supercritical CO2 directly influences the dye-uptake and the performance of the dyed fabric.The measuring of the dye solubility in supercritical CO2 is particularly important.The paper used the dynamic method to measure the solubility of disperse orange 30 and Disperse blue HGL in supercritical CO2 respectively in different temperature and pressure ranges,and analyzed the effects of temperature and pressure on the solubility of dyes in supercritical fluid dyeing.The experimental results indicated that the solubility of dyes increased with the increase of temperature.However,when the temperature rose to a certain extent,the solubility of dyes began to decrease.And the solubility of dyes increased with the increase of pressure,the increasing trend was obvious in the low-pressure region,while it became gentle gradually in the high-pressure region.
