摘要
动作研究能有效地提高劳动密集型服装生产企业的生产效率,降低工人疲劳度。为了使动作研究更好地应用于服装生产企业,提升加工工艺的科学性和工时计算的准确性,文章系统介绍了动作研究的目标对象、技术分类、应用方案等内容,综述了动作研究在服装精益生产中作业改进、工时制定、工时系统研发等方面的应用进展,并分析了动作研究在未来服装生产中的应用前景与研究方向。
Motion research can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce worker fatigue in laborintensive garment manufacturing enterprises.In order to make the motion research better applied to garment manufacturing enterprises,improve the scientificity of processing technology and the accuracy of working time calculation,the paper systematically introduces the target objects,technical classifications,application schemes,etc.,of motion research,summarizes the application progress of motion research in the working effect improvement,working hours formulation,work time system development,of clothing lean production,etc.,and analyzes the application prospects and research directions of motion research in future garment production.
