摘要
采用数值模拟方法对钢桥面板的横向焊接残余应力分布进行研究,分析钢桥面板的板宽与板厚变化对横向焊接残余应力分布的影响,进一步分析了横向残余应力对钢桥面板疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:加劲肋腹板的板宽变化对横向残余应力的分布影响不大,而母板的板宽增大会使得横断面及纵断面稳定区域的横向残余应力增大;对于板厚,随着母板和加劲肋的板厚增大都会引起横向残余应力的增大;焊接残余应力会导致各个阶段的疲劳寿命减小,但是对裂纹较小阶段的寿命影响较大。
The residual stress distribution of transverse welding of steel bridge deck is studied by numerical simulation, and the influence of plate width and plate thickness change on the residual stress distribution of transverse welding and lateral residual stress on the fatigue life of steel deck slab is analyzed. The results show that the change of plate width of stiffened rib webs has little effect on the distribution of transverse residual stress, and the increase of plate width of the motherboard will increase the transverse residual stress in the stable area of the cross section and profile. For plate thickness, the lateral residual stress increases with the increase of plate thickness of motherboard and stiffening rib, and the fatigue life of welding residual stress decreases in each stage, but it has a great influence on the life of the smaller stage of crack.
