摘要
以日处理药渣量250t的山东步长制药有限公司的中药渣气化循环利用系统为研究对象,利用生命周期评价(LCA)软件Simapro(V8.1.1),定量计算250t药渣处理过程中对环境的影响负荷,并与同功能单位下传统的中药渣填埋系统进行对比分析.结果表明,中药渣气化循环利用系统明显优于传统的中药渣填埋系统,尤其在资源消耗方面.研究结果为中药渣气化循环利用系统的推广奠定了基础.
Based on the life cycle assessment(LCA)software of SimaPro(version 8.1.1),the treatment of Chinese herbal residues recycled by the gasification system of Buchang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd in Shandong province with a treatment ability of 250 t Chinese herbal residues is estimated to quantify the total environmental load and compared with the traditional landfill system for Chinese herbal residues according to the equal functional unit.It is concluded that this treatment is better than the traditional one,especially in terms of resources.This research lays the foundation for the popularization of this system.
