摘要
从基础实验数据和宏观优缺点两方面对分光光度法与气相分子吸收法测定亚硝酸盐氮进行了比对。气相分子吸收法准确度、精密度、检出限等都符合测定要求,并具有前处理简单、分析过程选用试剂环境相容性好、不受水体清洁度干扰等优点,较传统分析方法更具优势。
In this paper,the spectrophotometric method and gas phase molecular absorption method for the determination of nitrite nitrogen were compared from the basic experimental data and macroscopic advantages and disadvantages. The accuracy,precision and detection limit of the gas phase molecular absorption method are all in line with the determination requirements,and has many advantages,such as simple pretreatment,good environmental compatibility of the reagents selected in the analysis process,and no interference from the cleanliness of water and so on.
