湿法制酸工艺尾气SO2超标技术改造方案研究

摘要 硫化氢产生于天然气净化、石油化工、苯加氢、煤制气等生产过程中,是大气主要污染物之一,不仅危害人体健康,还能严重腐蚀设备等。近年来对含有硫化氢的酸性气体进行治理并加以回收利用,既能资源利用,又能减少大气污染。我公司采用湿法制酸工艺吸收H2S酸性气体,但是随着环保标准的提高,排空尾气污染物排放浓度超出国家最低排放要求,必须进行技术改造。采取新增一套脱硫塔和一台双氧水贮槽及吸收配套系统,尾气经脱硫塔处理后,满足国家环保达标排放要求。对创建绿色环保化工及节能减排具有积极的意义。 Hydrogen sulfide,a foul odor gas,is produced in the production process of natural gas purification,petrochemicals,benzene hydrogenation,and coal gas production. It is one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere and can not only harm human health but also seriously corrode equipment. In recent years,the treatment and recycling of acidic gases containing hydrogen sulfide can not only comprehensively utilize resources,but also reduce atmospheric pollution. Our company adopts wet acid production technology to absorb H 2S acidic gases,but the environmental protection situation is becoming more and more serious. The discharge concentration of exhaust gas pollutants exceeds the minimum emission requirements of the country,and technical renovation is carried out. A new desulfurization tower and a hydrogen peroxide storage tank and absorption supporting system are added. After the exhaust gas is treated by the desulfurization tower,it meets the national environmental protection standard emission requirements. It has positive significance for the creation of green environmental chemical industry,energy conservation and emission reduction.
