摘要
为了准确观察污泥含水率对于气化结果的影响,综合考虑各种气化方法的利弊以后,决定采用1000℃的高温氧气气化。这种气化技术能够达到较高的燃气热值,气化完成后污泥中的固体物质变为熔融状态,可以将其用于建筑施工;最重要的是,污泥气化过程中基本不会产生污染环境的重金属等有害物质,能够达到良好的环境效益和经济效益。
In order to accurately observe the influence of the water content of sludge on the gasification results,after considering the advantages and disadvantages of various gasification methods, it was decided to adopt the high-temperature oxygen gasification at 1 000 ℃. This gasification technology can achieve a high gas calorific value. After the gasification is completed,the solid material in the sludge becomes molten and can be used for construction. The most important thing is that the sludge gasification process basically does not produce harmful substances such as heavy metals that pollute the environment,and can achieve good environmental and economic benefits.
