循环水冷却塔扩容技术研究

摘要 循环水冷却塔是以水为循环冷却剂,从系统中吸收热量排放至大气中,以降低水温的装置。其冷却原理是利用水与空气流动接触后进行冷热交换产生蒸汽,蒸汽挥发,利用蒸发散热、对流传热和辐射传热等原理散去生产中循环水的热量,来降低水温。此次改造通过对风机、填料、配水系统、收水器的更换,提高了冷却塔的处理效率,改造后通过测试达到预期目标。 Circulating water cooling tower is a device that absorbs heat from the system and discharges it into the atmosphere to reduce water temperature.The cooling principle is to use water and air to exchange heat and cold to produce steam.The vapor will volatilize,which dissipates the heat of circulating water in production to reduce water temperature by principles of evaporative heat dissipation,convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer.Through the replacement of fan,packing,water distribution system and water collector,the treatment efficiency of cooling tower is improved,and the anticipated goal is achieved through testing after the transformation.
