摘要
处于焦炉晚期阶段的焦炉,由于各种问题的存在,造成我厂1#、2#焦炉炉况不断恶化,生产不够稳定,炉温的波动很可能出现焦炉推焦困难的情况,甚至大扒焦。为了实现1#、2#焦炉的生产稳定,采取了半干法补炉技术的引进、消化吸收与创新、自主研发快速修复炭化室墙体溶洞技术。通过采取以上措施,规范了老焦炉的管理,提高了焦炉的维护水平,稳定了老焦炉的生产,取得了明显效果。
In the late stage of coke oven,due to various problems,the furnace conditions of No.1 and No.2 coke ovens in our factory are deteriorating continuously,the production is not stable enough,and the fluctuation of furnace temperature is likely to cause difficulty in pushing coke oven.In order to realize the stable production of No.1 ans No.2 coke ovens,the introduction,digestion,absorption and innovation of semi-dry remediation technology,and self-developed and rapid repair of carbonized chamber wall cave technology were adopted.By adopting the above measures,the management of the old coke oven was standardized,the maintenance level of the coke oven was improved,the production of the old coke oven was stabilized,and obvious effects were obtained.
