节能降耗理念下煤化工能源计量仪表的应用及改造策略研究

Research on the application and improvement strategy of energy metering instrument in coal chemical industry under the concept of energy saving and consumption reduction

节能监测是政府对用能单位监督检查的手段,是企业节能降耗,降低成本的关键。而计量仪表的合理使用是一个企业节能管理水平的重要标志。以煤化工企业能源计量为研究对象,介绍了煤化工企业能源计量常用仪表及其原理,分析了煤化工孔板式差压流量计现状及存在问题,并提出了节能降耗理念下煤化工能源计量仪表的改造策略。

Energy-saving monitoring is the means of government supervision and inspection of energy-using units,and is the key to energy-saving and cost-reducing for enterprises. The rational use of measuring instruments is an important symbol of energy-saving ma nagement level of an enterprise. Taking energy metering in coal chemical enterprises as the research object,this paper introduces the common instruments and their principles of energy metering in coal chemical enterprises,analyses the current situation and existing problems of orifice plate differential pressure flowmeter in coal chemical industry,and puts forward the reform strategy of energy metering instruments in coal chemical industry under the concept of energy saving and consumption reduction.
