节能型CFB锅炉低NO_x排放研究

Study on low NO_x emission of energy-saving CFB boiler

近年来,CFB锅炉面临着超低排放和超低能耗的要求。阐述了CFB锅炉NOx生成与控制机理,介绍并分析了节能型CFB锅炉技术,并在此基础上探讨了节能型CFB锅炉技术对NOx生成的影响。结果显示,节能型CFB锅炉技术不仅具有节能的特点,且其在强化CFB锅炉NOx低排放性能上也具有一定的优势。

In recent years,CFB boilers are facing the requirements of ultra-low emission and ultra-low energy consumption.The generation and control mechanism of NO_x in CFB boilers are described.The energy-saving CFB boiler technology is introduced and analyzed.On this basis,the influence of energy-saving CFB boiler technology on NO_x generation is discussed.The results show that the energy-saving CFB boiler technology not only has the characteristics of energy saving,but also has certain advantages in enhancing the low emission performance of NO_x of CFB boiler.
