摘要
高温高压环境下的应力腐蚀破裂是690合金面临的主要腐蚀形式之一。本文从材料、应力和腐蚀环境三方面,分别对合金元素组成,不同冷、热加工下的组织状态,腐蚀溶液中的离子、pH值,外加电位等因素对690合金高温高压应力腐蚀破裂行为的影响进行了综述。
Stress corrosion cracking is one of the main forms of corrosion for 690 alloy under high temperature and high pressure. In this paper, the researches of the stress corrosion cracking behavior of 690 alloy under high temperature and high pressure in recent years are reviewed, including the main elements, the microstructure after different cold and heat processing, as well as the effects of ions, pH values, potential in the corrosive solution and other factors.
