摘要
本文将结合现场实际,从对轴承钢氧含量的影响因素进行了研究分析,研究表明:随着出钢碳含量的增加与钢液温度的降低,溶解氧含量也随之降低;在一定范围内,延长精炼时间,有利于改善脱氧效果;真空条件下,碳脱氧效率为10.9%;使用RH并增加纯脱气时间可进一步降低钢中的氧含量;钢中铝含量控制在0.010%~0.026%之间能够在操作和产品质量中达到一种平衡。
According to the field practice, the influencing factors for the oxygen content in bearing steel were analyzed in this paper. The research showed that with the increase of the carbon content of the tapping steel and the decrease of the molten steel temperature, the dissolved oxygen content would decrease;extending the refining time within a certain range was beneficial to improve the deoxidation effect, and the carbon deoxidation efficiency achieved 10.9% under vacuum conditions;the oxygen content could be further reduced by using RH and increasing the pure degassing time, and the a balance between operation and product quality could be achieved by maintaining the aluminum content of steel between 0.010% and 0.026%.
