级别球用高端轴承钢线材脱碳层的研究

Study on Decarbonization Layer of High-end Bearing Steel Wire for Grade Ball

通过对级别球用高端轴承钢线材脱碳层的研究分析,提出了高端轴承钢线材脱碳层的技术要求,研究了高端轴承钢连铸坯和线材工艺控制措施,以便于保证球级别球脱碳层具有良好的耐磨性、表面硬度及较高的疲劳寿命。经过研发及客户使用,研发的级别球用高端轴承钢线材脱碳层指标均符合客户要求。

Through the research and analysis of decarburization layer of high-end bearing steel wire for grade ball, the technical requirements of decarburization layer of high-end bearing steel wire are put forward, and the process control measures of high-end bearing steel billet and wire are studied so as to ensure that the decarburization layer of ball-grade ball has good wear resistance, surface hardness and high fatigue life. The results of research and development and customer use show that the indicators of the decarburization layer of the developed high-end ball bearing steel wire rod meet the requirements of the customers.
