In this article the dry dedusting process of 150t converter in the Second Refining Plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., and the hazard of explosion in dry dedusting system are introduced. The causes of explosion leakage are analyzed systematically, and effective measures to avoid explosion leakage are taken in combination with actual production conditions. So the frequency of venting is reduced and the production efficiency is improved.
