信息化对顺丰速运企业绩效的影响及对策研究

文中对顺丰速运信息化建设过程的各个环节进行研究,分析其信息化建设对企业运营各个环节及企业总体绩效的影响情况。尽管顺丰速运现阶段企业信息化力度巨大,对企业各个环节运营绩效的提升有着积极的促进作用,但是其现阶段信息化建设还存在着可扩展性差、协同性不足等问题,并针对这些不足之处对顺丰速运未来阶段的信息化进程提出了一些对策和建议。

This paper studies each link of the informatization construction process of sf express,and analyzes the influence of its informatization construction on each link of enterprise operation and the overall performance of the enterprise.Though suitable abundant speed luck huge strength of enterprise information,the promotion enterprise s each link operating performance has a positive role in promoting,but its information construction at the present stage,there are lack of poor extensibility,collaborative and aimed at these deficiencies phase of informationization for suitable abundant speed luck in the future put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
