摘要 针对A电商智能仓储中心长期运营过程中出现的小件波次单移动货架搬运距离较远、拣选站台内部作业任务不均衡等问题,首先,文中建立小件波次单分配模型,采用广度优先遍历法,借助MATLAB软件编程,将各个小件波次单合理分配到移动货架搬运距离最短的拣选站台;其次,建立小件波次单排队模型,基于同一货架搬运次数最少的原则,采用K-Means聚类法,计算小件波次单之间的耦合因子,将同一拣选站台的小件波次单按照耦合因子数值大小进行排队,确定合理的拣选顺序,从而实现拣选站台内部作业任务均衡;最后,文中对两种优化模型的效果进行分析,并给出结论。 In order to solve the problems of long-term operation of A e-commerce intelligent warehousing center,such as the long distance of small wave single moving shelf and the unbalanced internal operation task of picking platform,etc.First of all,this paper establishes the small wave single distribution model,adopts the breadth first ergodic method,with the help of MATLAB software programming,each small wave order is reasonably assigned to the picking platform with the shortest moving shelf handling distance.Secondly,building a small-piece single-order queuing model,adopting a K-means clustering method based on the principle of the least number of times of carrying of the same goods shelf,calculating a coupling factor between the small-piece wave sub-orders,and queuing the small-piece wave-time orders of the same sorting platform according to the numerical value of the coupling factor,to determine the reasonable sorting order,so as to realize the balance of the operation tasks in the picking station.Finally,the effect of the two optimization models is analyzed and the conclusion is given.
