随着渤海油田开发增产的压力以及“质量效益年”工作的要求,如何利用较少库存资金占用的同时及时准确采购到所需物资,保障油田勘探开发生产所需是物资供应链管理的目标。而实现这一目标,需要企业不断加强物资需求管理水平。渤海油田通过对物资需求特点进行分析,制定了一系列配套的物资需求管理优化措施,为实现渤海油田高效供应链提供了坚实的基础。

With the pressure of BOHAI oilfield development and production increase and therequirement of“quality and benefit year”,how to purchase the neededmaterials timely and accurately while occupying less inventory funds andensuring the needs of oilfield exploration and production is the goal of material supply chain management.To achieve this goal,enterprises need to constantly strengthen the level of material demand management.Through analyzing the characteristics of material demand of BOHAI oilfield,series of optimization measures of material demand management are formulated,which provides a solid foundation for the realization of efficient supply chain in BOHAI oilfield.
