基于B2C配送辐射范围的最后一公里问题研究——以苏宁长沙区域为例

摘要 文中研究了B2C环境下电商配送网络优化面临的城市最后一公里配送策略问题。基于配送辐射范围的三种不同几何位置分别对电商配送网络进行优化设计。从系统总成本角度进行多级多节点的配送网络优化,并以苏宁长沙区域为例进行成本分析测算与可视化仿真。优化设计表明合理的配送辐射范围能提高中转站配送覆盖率;自提点的合理设立能有效地提高配送资源利用率与填补配送空角。 The paper studies the problem of the“last mile”delivery strategy of the city in the B2C environment.The E-commerce distribution network is optimized based on three different geometric locations of the distribution radiation range.The multi-level and multi-node distribution network optimization is carried out from the perspective of total system cost,and the cost analysis and visual simulation are carried out by taking the Changsha district of Suning as an example.The optimized design shows that the reasonable distribution area geometry can improve the distribution coverage of the transfer station;the reasonable number of self-raising points can effectively fill the demand point of the distribution range.
