摘要 为了提高信息获取效率,设计应用于编程知识获取领域的智能问答系统,并分别提出基于规则、基于NLP以及基于机器学习的智能问答知识库构建方法。同时比较TF-IDF和LSI两种相似度计算算法的优劣。系统以自然语言处理的方式对用户提问进行分析,结合所建知识库,得到相似度计算结果最高的三个候选答案,并将结果返回给用户。该系统响应速度快,获取答案准确率高,可以满足用户的日常需求。 In order to improve the efficiency of information acquisition, designs an intelligent question-and-answer system applied in the field of pro. gramming knowledge acquisition, and proposes the construction methods of intelligent question-and-answer knowledge base based on rules, NLP and machine learning. At the same time, compares the advantages and disadvantages of TF-IDF and LSI. The system uses natu. ral language processing to analyze the user's questions, and combines with the knowledge base, obtains the three candidate answers with the highest similarity calculation results, and returns the results to the user. The system has fast response speed and high accuracy in obtaining answers, which can meet the daily needs of users.
