精准扶贫视域下湖南省柘溪镇双桥小学体育扶贫困境与突破 被引量:3

摘要 文章采用文献资料法、实地考察法对湖南省益阳市安化县柘溪镇的双桥小学体育扶贫的困境进行了分析,得出了柘溪镇双桥小学体育经费来源紧张、柘溪镇双桥小学缺少专任体育师资队伍、学校和家长对体育认识不足等困境。有鉴于此,提出了湖南省益阳市安化县柘溪镇双桥小学体育精准扶贫的路径:(1)转变传统的教学理念,注重培养学生的体育学科核心素养;(2)提高农村学校体育教师的教学水平;(3)加大农村地区体育的宣传工作,改变"传统"的观念;(4)加大对农村学校的经费投入;(5)因地制宜,利用现有资源进行体育教学;(6)在农村进行体育扶贫,增加人民收入。 This paper analyzes the plight of sports poverty alleviation in Shuangqiao Primary School in Tunxi Town, Anhua County,Yiyang City, Hunan Province by means of literature and field research. It is concluded that the source of sports funding in Shuangqiao Primary School in Tunxi Town is tight. The town Shuangqiao Primary School lacks a full-time physical education faculty, schools and parents to understand the difficulties of sports. In view of this, the path of sports precision poverty alleviation in Shuangqiao Primary School, Tunxi Town, Anhua County, Yiyang City, Hunan Province was proposed:(1) transforming the traditional teaching concept,focusing on cultivating the core literacy of students’ physical education;(2) improving the physical education teachers in rural schools.Teaching level;(3) increase the propaganda work of sports in rural areas, change the concept of "traditional";(4) increase the investment in rural schools;(5) use local resources to conduct physical education according to local conditions;(6) conduct sports in rural areas. Poverty alleviation and increase people’s income.
