摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基聚二甲基硅烷为主要原料,合成了一系列低分子量聚丙烯酸酯树脂,并以此为载体树脂,制备了内电极图形,考察了酸值、单体组成、Tg值等因素对电极形态的影响。实验结果表明,当使用有机硅改性丙烯酸酯为显影树脂时,能得到较好的综合性能。
A series of low molecular weight polyacrylic resins were synthesized by the main raw materials such as methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, methacrylic acid, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and methacryloxypropyl polydimethylsilane. The internal electrode pattern was prepared by using this as the carrier resin. The effects of acid value, monomer composition and Tg value on electrode shape were investigated. The experimental results showed that when silicone modified acrylic acid was used as the developing resin, the better comprehensive performance can be obtained.
