摘要 城市污水量的增加导致城市污泥量的增加。若不对污泥进行处理与处置将会对环境产生危害。可在处理处置前对污泥进行预处理。电化学法可用于污泥预处理。采用电化学法对城市污泥进行处理。探究电解时间、极板间距、电解电压、插入深度对污泥性质的影响顺序及最佳工艺条件。利用正交实验法得到影响顺序为:电解电压、插入深度、极板间距、电解时间。利用单因素法得到最佳工艺条件为:电解电压15V、插入深度6cm、极板间距6cm、电解时间30min。 The increased municipal sewage leads to the increase of municipal sludge. Without treatment and disposal of sludge, it will bring harm to the environment. Sludge can be pretreated before treatment and disposal. Electrochemical method can also be used for sludge pretreatment. After the treatment of municipal sludge by electrochemical method, the order of the influence of electrolysis time, electrode spacing, electrolysis voltage and insertion depth on sludge properties and the optimal treatment conditions were investigated. Using the orthogonal experiment method, the order of influencing sludge properties can be obtained: electrolytic voltage, insertion depth, plate spacing, electrolysis time. The optimal treatment conditions obtained by single factor experiment were as follows: electrolysis voltage was 15 V, insertion depth was 6 cm, electrode spacing was 6 cm, electrolysis time was 30 min.
