摘要 添加不同元素,以菌丝生长速度、纤维素酶酶活、微量元素含量变化为研究对象,探究不同微量元素对于平菇代谢和吸收的影响。通过ICP-AES法测定子实体中对应微量元素含量,结果表明:有益微量元素Mn2+和Mg2+含量均有提高,重金属As3+和Pb2+含量有所下降;通过发酵液粗酶液提取、检测,结果显示:Mg2+提升了纤维素酶酶活45.05%。综合分析,适当浓度的有益微量元素对平菇抵御重金属与其代谢有较大关系。 Different elements were added to investigate the effects of different trace elements on the metabolism and absorption of pleurotus edodes, taking the growth rate of mycelia, the enzyme activity of cellulase and the content of trace elements as research objects. Icp-aes method was used to determine the content of corresponding trace elements in the fruit-bodies. The results showed that the content of Mn 2+ and Mg 2+ were increased, while the content of heavy metals As 3+ and Pb 2+ were decreased. The results showed that Mg 2+ increased the cellulase activity by 45.05%. Comprehensive analysis showed that the appropriate concentration of beneficial trace elements was related to the resistance to heavy metals and its metabolism.
