摘要 通过探讨顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的测定影响因素,确定一个较优的测定条件,从而提高检测准确度和检测效率。本文重点探讨了空白本底、标准物质的加标方式、顶空瓶平衡条件及色谱条件对测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的影响,通过优化上述条件,得到一个快速、简便、准确的实验方法,能够满足国家标准方法的要求,可用于生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的测定。 By discussing the influencing factors of determination of trichloromethane in drinking water by headspace capillary column gas chromatography, a better determination condition was determined, so as to improve accuracy and efficiency of determination. The effects of blank background, standard addition method of reference materials, headspace bottle equilibrium conditions and chromatographic conditions on the determination of trichloromethane in drinking water were discussed. By optimizing the above conditions, a fast, simple and accurate experimental method was obtained, which can meet the requirements of the national standard method and can be used for the determination of trichloromethane in drinking water.
