摘要 通过借鉴CDIO教育方法中构思、设计、实现和运作的大工程理念,构建了以课程教学体系的“3平台+1体系”模式、实践创新体系的“3实践+1认证”模式和培养时间上的“3校内+1企业”模式等三个“3+1”结构为特色的环境工程应用型人才培养体系。基于CDIO理念人才培养模式的有效运行,我校环境工程专业在课程建设、人才培养、实践教学平台建设和学生学习效果等方面取得了良好的成果,学生的工程应用能力得到显著提升。 Through drawing lessons from the large engineering idea of conceive, design, implement and operate advocated by CDIO, a training system of environmental engineering applied talents was constructed, which was characterized by three “3 plus 1” structures, including “3 platform 1 system” model of the curriculum teaching system,“3 practice 1 certification” model of the practical innovation system and “3 inside and 1 enterprise” mode of the training time. With the effective operation of applied talents training mode based on CDIO concept, environmental engineering of Shenyang University achieved good results in the aspects of curriculum construction, talent training, practical teaching platform, student learning effect, and so on. The engineering application ability of students was greatly improved.
