多层工业建筑无障碍标准研究

我国残疾人就业的多层工业建筑无障碍需求强烈。全世界这方面的标准与实践都是空白。上世纪80年代起,我国开始大量安置残疾人就业。纺织、印刷、电子、轻工业等都有残疾人集中就业,这些企业的原材料和产品很多是可燃物,易发生群死群伤的重大安全事故,多层工业建筑的无障碍标准成为新的紧迫课题。中国肢残人协会及时提出了多层工业建筑无障碍指南研究项目。著者作为该项目主要研究人员,从2012年起历时6年,进行了标准指南的研究与厂房建设,取得了圆满的结果。

The demand of accessible multi-story industrial buildings for the employment of disabled people in China is strong.Standards and practices in this area are blank worldwidely. Since the 1980 s, China has begun to employ a large number of disabled people in textiles, printing, electronics, light industry, etc. Many of the raw materials and products of these enterprises are combustible materials, which are prone to major safety accidents involving mass casualties and injuries. The accessibility standards of multi-story industrial buildings have become a new and urgent issue. The China Association for the Physically Disabled People has timely proposed a research project of Multi-story Industrial Building Accessibility Guide. As the main researcher of the project, the author has been conducting research and plant construction of the Guide for 6 years since 2012,and has achieved satisfactory results.
