老旧社区道路空间适老化研究

Research on Road Space Adaptation for the Elderly in Old Community

在我国积极推行以"居家养老"为主的背景下,老旧社区不适老的隐患逐步显现出来,如何营造出一个良好的社区环境仍是居家养老的一大难题。本文立足于老旧社区道路空间适老化整合,以北京市朝阳区老旧社区为调研对象,通过对老旧社区道路空间现状问题的归纳总结,试图从步行道路空间的连续性、无障碍性、安全性、趣味性四方面提出改造策略。

In the context of China’s active promotion of "Home-based Care for the Elderly", the hidden dangers of the old communities have gradually emerged. How to create a good community environment is a major problem for home-based care.Based on the road space adaptation for the elderly in old community, this paper takes an old community of Chaoyang District in Beijing as the research object, summarizes current situation of the old community road space, and tries to put forward the transformation strategy from four aspects: the continuity, accessibility, safety and fun of the pedestrian road space.
