散粮除铁器联动技术在散粮流程系统改造中的应用

Application of Bulk Grain Iron Remover Linkage in Process System Reform

除铁器在散粮流程系统中经常出现除铁器故障,使流程系统自动化控制处于失控状态,导致皮带瞬时停机,对生产造成了较大影响。本文介绍了通过改造系统中间继电器,实现除铁器的集控远程启停控制工艺方案。

Aiming at the frequent failure of iron remover in bulk grain process system, which makes the automation control of the process system out of control and causes great influence by the instantaneous shutdown of belt, this paper introduced the technological scheme of remoulding intermediate relay in the system to realize centralized control and remote start-stop control of iron remover.
