摘要
在食品安全管理方面,液相色谱能否得到有效运用十分重要。本文从有毒有害物质检测、微生物代谢物检测等4方面分析了液相色谱在食品检测方面的运用情况,为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
Whether liquid chromatography can be used effectively in food safety management is very important. this paper analyzed the application of liquid chromatography in food detection from four aspects, including the detection of toxic and harmful substances and the detection of microbial metabolites, so as to provide reference for people concerned about this topic.
