摘要 食品安全问题一直是社会各界重点关注的热点话题。为了保证食品质量和安全,有必要对流入市场的食品进行食品中微生物含量的检验。变性高效液相色谱技术因其自身特点以及检验的精确度相对较高、灵敏度和速度相对较快等特点,在微生物检测方面得到了广泛应用。本文主要对变性高效液相色谱技术的实际应用进入深入研究,从原理、特点等方面进行详细阐述。 Food safety has always been a hot topic of social attention, in order to ensure the quality and safety of food to a certain extent. It is necessary to test the microbial content of food that has entered the market. Denaturing high performance liquid chromatography (denaturing high performance liquid chromatography) is characterized by its own characteristics and relatively high accuracy, sensitivity and speed of detection. It has been widely used in the detection of microorganisms. In this paper, denatured high performance liquid chromatography (HDLC) technology has been deeply studied in the practical application process. This paper elaborates its principle and characteristics in detail.
