摘要
本文首先明确了营养与食品安全检测标准建设对于食品的管理、人们健康的重要意义,明确进行标准建设的重要性,然后审视了当前营养与食品安全检测标准建设中存在的问题与弊端,并提出了构建完善的标准体系的建议与对策。
The article first clarified the importance of the construction of nutrition and food safety testing standards for food management and people’s health, and clearly defined the importance of standard construction. Then it examines the problems and shortcomings in the current construction of nutrition and food safety testing standards, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for building a sound standard system.
