摘要 随着我国社会经济的不断提升,我国标准化生产模式潜移默化中得到优化,使得食品供给体系变得复杂,食品供应链的每个步骤逐渐脱节,最终导致现代食品供给的监督和管理工作超出能力范围内的管制。食品质量安全一直是食品企业重视的问题,对于食品企业的经济效益、名誉等至关重要,也是道德承诺重要的问题。只有确保食品链的安全,才能保证食品质量的安全性。因此,需要建立较为完善的共同责任链系统。 With the continuous improvement of social economy in our country, the standardized production mode of our country has been optimized imperceptibly, which undoubtedly makes the food supply system complex, and every step of the food supply chain is gradually out of step. Ultimately, the supervision and management of modern food supply is beyond the limits of capacity control. Food quality and safety has always been a problem that food enterprises should pay attention to, which is closely related to the economic benefits and reputation of food enterprises, and is also a more important issue of moral commitment. Only by ensuring the safety of the food chain can we ensure the safety of food quality, so it is also necessary to establish a more perfect common responsibility chain system.
